Yes althought u can cash out some money while u sell all your preloved stuff but then it was so much of hassle. Sometimes it feels better giving it away , save time too.
I sold most my stuf more than 50% cheaper than market price. And you may think im crazy but hey....whats worth more than my time..plus my minimalism way of living?
Little do they know i was a hoarder. Those things weight me down.......i wanted to reduce so much stuff so desperate that i dont care if i make money or not.
It may seesm like u r on the losing end for selling things low price but being a minimalist change the way i see things. Now i no longer have the need...the wants to own more things. Whenever i was at shopping centre and places like that i cant seems to find anything id like to own anymore.
Everytime when im tempted to buy something. I have second thought. I will start to think how this thing on my hand now end up in my sewing room. For weeks, months, or even years....and then one day i will take it our..snap picture and post it online somewhere and sell it lower than my cost price....
Immediately, i put the thing down. It freaks me out. The way i was spending those money and the hassle of running to the post office...etc
